Quest Requirements
The quest is divided into three stages, each with specific level requirements and item hand-ins:
  • Stage 1 (Any Level): Charred Boot
    • How to catch: Use the Zeus Rod (which has a chance to apply the "Charred" mutation) with Garbage Bait in the ocean.
    • Tip: Magnet bait can also be used, as the boot is classified as a "trash" tier item.
  • Stage 2 (Level 500+): Wrath Scylla (or Raphilla)
    • How to catch: Use the Rod of the Zenith (which has a 70% chance to apply the "Wrath" mutation).
    • Tip: Fish in the Abyssal Zenith or during a Scylla boss spawn.
  • Stage 3 (Level 1,000+): Shiny Sparkling Wrath Floppy
    • How to catch: This is the hardest stage, as you need three mutations (Shiny, Sparkling, and Wrath) simultaneously.
    • Setup: Use the Rod of the Zenith (for Wrath) enchanted with Blessed (for Shiny/Sparkling chance). Activate Shiny and Sparkling Totems at the Ancient Isle to boost your odds.
